2 days tour from Fes to Merzouga desert

Day 1: Fès – Ifrane – Midelt – Rissani – Merzouga

Your driver will be waiting for you at your riad or hotel at 8 a.m, the first day of our 2 days tour from Fes to Merzouga, departure over the Middle Atlas mountains through the cedar forests of Ifrane (the Switzerland of Morocco), azrou, the Midelt and Ziz gorges. towards the Sahara, until the dunes of Erg Chebbi appear on the horizon.

After a few minutes of relaxation in Merzouga, we head for the camels waiting to take us on an adventure through the sand dunes. We’ll spend the night in a camp equipped with drum music in the middle of the Sahara, we’ll go to the high dunes to see the sunset, and we’ll spend the night in nomad tents

Day 2: Merzouga desert – Erfoud – Ifrane – Fès

We’ll get up early to enjoy a magnificent sunrise over the dunes, then take a camel ride to the hotel. After refreshments and breakfast, we depart for Fez. We’ll cross the Ziz Valley and the Middle Atlas Mountains, leaving the desert region behind us for Fez. We’ll pass through the cedar forests of Azrou and stop to hand-feed the monkeys. We continue via Ifrane, the “Switzerland of Morocco”, to arrive in Fez in the early evening.
