2-day Desert Tour from Ouarzazate.
Desert excursion from Ouarzazate, 2 days 1 night to the golden sand dunes of Merzouga and Erg Chebbi, exploring the beautiful green valleys of palm trees, trekking in the Todra gorges, camel riding, overnight in a luxurious Berber tent, crossing the impressive Atlas Mountains and much more. The Eco desert Morocco team has created this 2-day excursion for those who have no time left in Ouarzazate. Excursions from Ouarzazate, 2 days 1 night to the golden sand dunes of Merzouga and Erg Chebbi.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Ouarzazate – Todra Gorges – Merzouga

8 am, departure from your hotel in Ouarzazate, in 4×4 for Tinghir via Skoura, the Valley of Roses, the Dades Valley for lunch at the Todra Gorge. Continuation in the afternoon to Merzouga via Arfoud. Camel ride of 1 hour to reach the bivouac in the middle of the dunes and enjoy a beautiful sunset at the top of the dunes. Dinner and night in tents in the desert.

Day 2 : Merzouga – Draa valley – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, dromedary ride, then to Ouarzazate via the Draa Valley through Tazarine, N’kob, Tanssikht and arrive at the kasbah Tamnougalt in Agdez for lunch 90 km from Ouarzazate. Return in the afternoon to Ouarzazate via the Tizi-n-Tinfifite pass. Arrival around 5:30 pm.

Family Adventure

It has been five days well spent thanks to the professionalism and good work of Zaid, our driver-guide and thanks to the planning of the route with Said Ait el Caid.for my wife and I was our fourth trip to Morocco, for my daughters their first experience in the desert and although the weather has not helped much . We arrived in Fez and from there to Merzouga and then to Marrakech...1400 km approx. that have given a lot of if.moments reflected in photos that eventually we will return to recall.a good experience.thanks Said and Zaid ....

A trip that leaves its mark

The freedom of the desert tracks, the moon closer than anywhere else, the charm of the cities made of adobe, the great atlas, guardian of the desert, all landscapes that remain forever engraved in the mind and in the heart. But best of all, our guide Muyan, first class driver, very kind person, always in a good mood solving problems and difficulties, and the people of the camp in Merzouga, Said and his welcoming family. Thank you all for having shared with our family your beautiful desert, your hospitality, your kindness and your sense of freedom. After this trip we feel more nomadic.

A wonderful experience

Ibrahim made the whole family enjoy a different kind of Christmas. Attentive, always on time, very knowledgeable about the sites and very good accommodations (we chose the premium option). A word of advice, go very warm for the night in the tent.
