Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ouarzazate – Dadès Valley

Pick up at 8:00 am at the riad where you are staying in Marrakech and start our 5 Days Tour from Marrakech to Merzouga Desert,  to the High Atlas crossing the gate of Tizi N’Tichka making some stops with panoramic views. We will make our way through numerous Berber nomadic villages that inhabit the area. Continue towards Ouarzazate. We will cross the Valley of the Roses, to enter the Dades Valley, where the so-called “route of the thousand kasbahs” begins. Pass through the “monkey fingers”, a rocky landscape known as “the brain of the Atlas”. Then arrive at our destination. Dinner and overnight in the Dades Valley.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga Desert

After breakfast, Visit the spectacular Dades Valley, enjoying the spectacular scenery that offers us the way to them. We will return to drive along a road dotted with Kasbah all of them different. Arrive at one of the strong points of the South, the Todra Gorges. The Todra River has formed a gorge of vertical walls of enormous proportions, up to 200m high, and of great beauty. It is a paradise for climbers and a unique place. Free lunch. Then continue to the desert through the palm grove of Tafilalet and through Erfoud to reach the impressive dunes of Merzouga. Arrival at the hotel located at the foot of the dunes, where have a tea of hospitality while resting a little. Then you can walk along the fine sand of Erg Chebbi, relax and enjoy this breathtaking scenery. In the evening, you will taste a delicious Berber dish. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Merzouga desert – Namadic Families – Khamlia Village – Merzouga Desert

After breakfast and a shower, we leave the hotel and begin our tour around the Erg Chebbi dunes, a desert region populated by golden sand and to know the environment and the village of Merzouga and its palm grove, and the people of Khamlia (originally from Sudan, from slaves) where we will dance and enjoy their traditional spiritual music called Gnawa, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We will eat the typical Berber pizza and according to the weather possibility, in the afternoon, we will change the 4WD for the dromedaries ‘8×8″ and ride the dromedaries we will cross the dunes of the Erg Chebbi، desert during the walk an hour and a half approximately. We will be able to observe the beautiful sunset, the contrast of colors and enjoy the calm of the dunes, we will arrive at the camp located in the desert, we will taste an authentic Berber dinner and enjoy the music of the drums, you will sleep in a nomad tent in the heart of the desert under the spectacular immense sky full of stars accompanied by the silence of the desert (An unforgettable night.!!!).

Day 4: Merzouga Desert  – Rissani – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate

We will wake up early in the morning to enjoy the spectacular sunrise on the dunes. Then we will return to Merzouga with the camels watching the spectacular scenery. After breakfast and a shower at the hotel, we will start our journey. We will head to Rissani, where we will stroll through what is known as the most authentic and traditional souk in Morocco, and the largest in the south of the country, where all kinds of handicrafts, food, and animals are traded. Continue to Ouarzazate, on the way you can contemplate the beauty of the Draa Valley and its thousands of palm trees. Dinner and overnight in Ouarzazate.

Day 5: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Marrakech

After breakfast, we will leave Ouarzazate. We will have the opportunity to visit a movie studio. Then we will continue our way and we will visit the fabulous Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. In this spectacular setting have been filmed films as renowned as Gladiator or the Jewel of the Nile, Babel …. Return to Marrakech, contemplating on the way the beauty of the mountains full of villages inhabited by Berbers. Arrival in Marrakech in the afternoon. End of our 5 Days Tour from Marrakech to Merzouga Desert.
